SHEN Empty Bottle Recycling Program – FAQ
1. What is the SHEN Empty Bottle Recycling Program?This program encourages customers to return their used SHEN product bottles for rewards, supporting environmental sustainability by reducing waste.
2. Who can participate?
All customers who have purchased SHEN products from official stores can participate.
3. What types of empty bottles are accepted?
Only original SHEN product bottles are eligible. Bottles from other brands, counterfeit items, or heavily damaged bottles will not be accepted.
4. Do I need to clean the bottles before returning them?
Yes, bottles must be empty, clean, and dry. Bottles with excessive residue, dirt, or leaks may be rejected.
5. Where can I return my empty bottles?
Before sending out the package, please contact customer service at 012-9171782 and provide your official website member email address / specify the order ID from other platforms to confirm the purchase record.

6. How many bottles can I return at once?
Customers can return up to 15 SHEN bottles for 3 months. The limit may be adjusted based on program availability.

8. What happens to the recycled bottles?
All collected bottles are responsibly processed for recycling or repurposed as part of our sustainability efforts.

Rewards are typically issued within 3 working days after verification of the returned bottles.

If the empty bottle has a broken pump or a missing cap, it will not be accepted.
